an initial consultation to meet the future client, discuss ideas and conduct a
site analysis. A design is developed for the project site to best serve the
needs of the client and the environment. All of our plans are either hand drawn or computer generated.
A follow-up visit is scheduled to finalize the plan and schedule a construction date.
