Our company was founded by William & Birute Ziogas. As a trained agronomist from Lithuania, William established Parkland Nurseries as a retail garden horticulture center and thriving landscape business. Following in her father's footsteps, Jurate became one of the first women to practice Landscape Architecture in the mid 1960's. She created relationships with local builders, and further grew the company into the landscape, design and build business it is known for today.

She achieves this through education & current design.

Jurate began her education at Temple University Ambler and later completed her BS in Landscape Architecture from Michigan State University.
She continues in her work and has more than 50 years of experience in the landscaping industry

A current PA State Landscape Architect, Pennsylvania Sustainable Landscape Certified Horticulturist. She holds a BS & MLA in Landscape Architecture from Temple University, with more than 25 years of experience in all facets of Landscape Architecture, design and build.

Earned a BS Supply Chain and Transportation and worked as a project manager globally prior to her arrival here. Currently she is an avid gardener and an enthusastic team planner. In the near future she is going to sit for the Pennsylvania Certfied Horticulturist exam.

Earned a BA & MA. He is currently utilizing his skills in lighting, staging and organization. With some time under his belt in our design build division, he has gleaned a solid base knowledge in construction and is relating it well in maintenance.
